[CUCBC Captains] Requesting subs for Mays crews - reminder

Dear Captains,

If requesting substitutions this Bumps, please ensure that you send the
request to the whole CUCBC committee (committee at cucbc.org) and include the
following information:

The requested sub's name and CRSid, and who subbing for (and their CRSid)
Why the sub is needed
Whether the sub is a student at your College
Whether the sub is rowing or coxing in any other boats this Bumps
What training out of college hours the sub has done this term (E.g. outings
with a town club).

Please note that being Covid-positive is a valid reason for substitution
under 'exceptional circumstances', and we still need to be notified. We
hope that your clubs stay healthy - and safe.

All requests may be followed up by a member of the committee and will need
to be authorised by the same.
