[CUCBC Captains] GoR Division Swap from D2

Dear captains,
short note that I've resolved this. Many thanks to all captains for being
so accommodating to other clubs constraints/exam issues/isolation
difficulties.
*GoR Swaps will close 10pm tomorrow* so we can move ahead with organising
the head.
