Dear all,

I hope you're all well and training is progressing nicely.

Rob and I have discussed putting together a Men's Beginner 4+ to race at
BUCS regatta (2nd-4th May). In order to interfere as little as possible
with college training, we plan to run a 1-2 week training camp at Ely for
those selected in the lead in to the regatta.

If you could please speak to any candidates within your colleges who you
think have potential and may be interested, and send me through their name,
email address and 2km score. Rob and I will collate this information and
make contact with the group.

Following the regatta we will be running a wider Development Squad over the
summer, as has been done in past years. This should be seen as an addition
to college rowing and not an interference.
