[CUCBC Captains] Pre-Bumps Captains Meeting - Sun 23rd @ 18:00

Dear all,

The Pre-Bumps Captains meeting will take place at 18:00 on Sunday 23rd
February in the QB Lecture Theatre in Emmanuel college.

A rough agenda:

   - Confirmation of Lent Bumps details
   - Quick wrap up of eligibility discussions
   - Minor rule change proposal
   - Constitution update (this is because the University need us to ratify
   some changes by the end of the month for CUCBC to continue to comply with
   University Society requirements)

We'll send out the proposed rule change and constitution update by Friday
(at least two days notice is required by our constitution).
