[CUCBC Captains] Scratch Deadline Reminder - full refund deadline TODAY

Hi all,

Just a quick reminder that the deadline to scratch crews and receive a full
refund is *17:00 today* (Wednesday 19th). Please mention when doing so
whether you're wanting to scratch them completely or still compete in the
GoR time only.

*Thursday (20th) at 17:00* is the deadline to scratch for a half-refund or
switch to time-only in the GoR (also a half refund).

All planned substitutes in GoR crews must be sent through in the usual
format by 14:30 on Thursday 20th. After this time, only substitutes for
accident, illness, or other exceptional circumstances will be permitted.

Please bear with us if you've sent through substitution requests already;
we have a lot to get through!
