[CUCBC Captains] Sculling with earphones

Hi all,

* Captains please pass this message on to any scullers from your club *

We’ve received reports of scullers who’ve been wearing earphones whilst on the water. Please refrain from doing so, as it is extremely dangerous. Regardless of the competence of the scullers in question, there’s no way to control the competence of everyone else on the river, and it is imperative that people facing in the opposite direction to their direction of travel can hear clearly.
