[CUCBC Captains] Bumps Entries & Crew Lists

Hi all,

It seems Dan hasn't had a chance to send the bills yet, so please just
ensure your entries are in by tomorrow evening, and we'll extend the
payment deadline to next Friday 17th May at 23:45.
