[CUCBC Captains] Winter League 3 (Sunday 24th March)

Dear Captains,

Just a reminder that as per legs 1 & 2, if you are trying to plan outings
for Sunday 24th, only crews which can row below Baitsbite (see
http://www.cucbc.org/handbook/rules/below_baitsbite) will be permitted to
row through the river closure.

Such crews should either plan to boat after 14:45 and wait at the Green
Dragon footbridge for marshals to confirm the last racing crew is finished,
or get in touch with Jess Upton (winterleague at crarowing.co.uk, CCed), to
arrange a time to pass through during the event (spaces limited).
