[CUCBC Captains] BUMPED OUT CREWS MUST STOP ON REACH

Hi all,

Please get this message to all of your crews, coxes and bank parties. We’re having a real problem with bumped out crews not stopping before the Railway Bridge when rowing home. They must stop and wait for the next division to push off - it’s currently slowing down every division!
