[CUCBC Captains] Winter League 2 (Sunday 17th Feb)

Dear Captains,

Just a reminder that as per Winter League 1, if you are trying to plan
outings for Sunday 17th, only crews which can row below Baitsbite (see
http://www.cucbc.org/handbook/rules/below_baitsbite) will be permitted to
row through the river closure.

Such crews should either plan to boat after 14:45  and wait at the Green
Dragon footbridge for marshals to confirm the last racing crew is finished
(preferred), or get in touch with Jess Upton (winterleague at crarowing.co.uk,
CCed), to arrange a time to pass through during the events (spaces limited,
not preferred).
