Dear all

My name is Scarlett Ayre and I am currently President of Anglia Ruskin BC.
I am emailing to find some recruits for my Undergraduate Dissertation
research.

I am researching The effect of a Strength and Conditioning exercise on the
performance of a 1000m ergometer. This will be a perfect opportunity to
improve your erging performance as well as improve your overall training in
the lead up to Bumps.
