[CUCBC Captains] Tuesday Evening Hours and XPress Head

Dear all,

Due the X-Press head and associated river closure next Tuesday, there 
will be no Evening Hours on Tuesday 5th June. All boats will be allowed 
below Chesterton until 1800, when the river closure starts. After that, 
only crews who are allowed over the lock and have permission for a 
row-through from X-Press, or those involved in the race, should be below 
Chesterton.
