[CUCBC Captains] Lent Bumps Start Order, GoR, and Scratch Deadlines

Dear all,

A reminder that you have until *17:00 today (Wednesday)* to receive a full
refund for any scratches, and *17:00 tomorrow (Thursday)* to receive a
half-refund for scratching or switching to Time Only.
