[CUCBC Captains] Winter Leage 2 (Sunday 18th February)

 Dear Captains,

If you are trying to plan outings for Sunday 18th February, please note
that only crews which can row below Baitsbite (see http://www.cucbc.org/
handbook/rules/below_baitsbite) will be permitted to row through.

Such crews should either plan to boat after 14:45 and wait at the Green
Dragon footbridge for marshals to confirm the last racing crew is finished
(preferred), or get in touch with Jess Upton (winterleague at crarowing.co.uk,
CCed), to arrange a time to pass through during the event (spaces limited,
not preferred).

Crews which receive permission to row through before division 1, between
divisions 1 & 2, or between divisions 2 & 3 may boat before 11am to get to
the Green Dragon footbridge in time for their row through slot.
