[CUCBC Captains] Marshals' Rota

Dear Captains,

The Marshals' Rota for the Lent Bumps is here: 
www.cucbc.org/lents/marshals

The number of marshalling slots has been decided based on how many boats 
were entered into bumps, taking into account the number of umpires that 
each club has already provided.

Please remember that:

• each marshal you provide should be competent - ideally having done one 
set of bumps before
• If you can't find anyone, let the CUCBC committee know
• There are fines for 'failure to provide a marshal', increasing for 
repeat offences from the same club
• There are also fines for incompetent marshals, so don't send anyone 
that has no idea what they are doing
