[CUCBC Captains] Evening Hours during SBR

Dear all,

Per the notice on the CUCBC website (https://www.cucbc.org/evenings), there
is a single combined Men's and Women's "hour" today and tomorrow due to the
river closure for Small Boats Regatta. On these two days only, IVs
comprising of rowers who would normally be allowed to row in the evening
hours will be allowed between Chesterton and Baitsbite Lock, due to the
lack of changeover period to enable them to get downstream of Baitsbite
lock.

Normal rules will apply from Thursday, when eligible IVs may use the
changeover period to get downstream of Baitsbite Lock but may not be
between Baitsbite and Chesterton during the restricted hours.
