[CUCBC Captains] Fairbairns pre-paddling

Dear all,

I want to point out a mistake in the coxing document I sent round.

I meant to remove the ban on pre-paddles on the morning of the race but 
forgot, I apologise for this oversight.

Whilst pre-paddles are allowed, we would like to ask you to please be 
back at your boathouses by 08:30 so that we can start marshaling crews.
