[CUCBC Captains] Early morning noise

Dear all,

Please ensure you remind your crews that anyone going out in the morning should minimise all noise (including cox boxes) before 7:30am, and keep coxing calls to the bare minimum upstream of the Railway bridge at this time. Even after 7:30am, please be considerate of other river users and residents.

Repeat offenders will be fined and further offences will result in training bans.
