Hi all,
We have 2 Dev Squad Ergo Sessions left. Tomorrow (Thursday 9th) and the 16th.
The sessions are a mixed bag of helping those who have attended regularly develop their rowing and providing you with the opportunity to ask questions about how to improve your technique and training methods.
