[CUCBC Captains] GoR finished, river re-open <EOM>

Dear All,

I have not yet received 12-outing declarations from the following clubs:

ARU
Churchill
Clare
Clare Hall
Corpus
Fitz
LMBC
St Catz
FaT
Trinity Hall

If you do not submit declarations to me by 17.00 on Thursday 8th June 
(the deadline for pre-GoR scratches and the point at which we freeze the 
GoR start order) all of your crews (upto and including the headship!) 
will be removed from the start order. This is to allow us to finalise 
the GoR start order, which is based on the number of valid entries 
received and is therefore affected by all clubs, whether or not you have 
boats currently in the GoR.

If you know someone at one of the clubs listed above, please give them a 
friendly poke in case all of their captains are so buried in exam 
preparation that they've forgotten all about Bumps.
