[CUCBC Captains] River Closures corrections

Dear Captains,

Apologies for the late notice, but Xpress have changed the times of the river closure from what they originally requested. Their second division isn't until 20:30, so the river will be closed until at least 21:00 tonight, but in reality until the last boat has finished racing. Please ensure crews are aware and cooperate with marshals. Men's and Women's hour will be combined into a single hour between 17:30 and 18:30.

As the GoR is now a single division, the river closure has been reduced to 18:00-19:45. College first VIIIs may go over the lock for the duration, and return after the last racing crew, but will not be allowed to row through between 18:00 and 19:45. There will be no men's or women's hours on Friday.
