[CUCBC Captains] Changes to Marshalling for the GoR

Dear Captains,

Bumps Programme Pre-Orders are going very poorly (thanks to those who have
though) - please ensure you've contacted your clubs, colleges and
development offices ASAP! The link to pre-order is: https://goo.gl/forms/
E4rMk1KL6k8gqRAl1  - The programmes will be £3.50 for pre-orders and £4.00
each thereafter. Deadline is *17:00 on Friday 24th Feb*.

Final reminder of the scratch deadlines:

The deadline for scratching completely for a full refund is *Wednesday 22nd
Feb at 17:00 (TODAY)*
The deadline for scratching completely for a half refund is *Thursday 23rd
Feb at 17:00 (TOMORROW)*
If you would like to switch a crew to racing for time only, you are
eligible for a half refund so long as you tell us by *Thursday 23rd Feb at
17:00 (TOMORROW).*
