[CUCBC Captains] Warning Regarding Bike Theft

Dear all,

Thieves have been targeting bikes locked at boathouses using weak
combination locks. There have been several bike thefts reported this week
while crews were on the river. Please ensure that your bikes are fixed and
secured with a hardened D-lock or padlock. Please pass this message on to
your club members and, as always, report any theft to the police.
