[CUCBC Captains] Query about your college's rules for awarding blades

Dear Captains,

Fitwilliam BC is currently reviewing its rules about awarding blades to 
its crews in bumps. One of the aims is to be more consistent with other 
colleges and, as such, I wondered if you could help me out in my 
research by sending me what your boat club's rules/constitution says 
about the circumstances under which blades are (or are not) awarded.
