[CUCBC Captains] Queens' Ergs 2016: Deadline extension and general information

Dear all,

The deadline for Queens’ Ergs entries and payment has been extended to 
23:59 on *Saturday 5th November*. The names of crew members entered may 
be changed at any point until 23:59 on Sunday 6th November.

Rules, details and sign-up can all be found on the QErgs website: 
http://qergs.soc.srcf.net/

Provisional division times will be released on the website on *Sunday 
6th November*.

Please ensure you get all crew members to sign the terms of racing 
before the event and bring this with them to crew registration. This 
will help with the smooth running of the night. Crews will not able to 
race unless this form has been completed by each crew member.

If your crews have timing restrictions, then please get in contact with 
us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
