[CUCBC Captains] Getting-On Race Penultimate Update

Dear all,

Here is the provisional start order for the Getting-On Race tomorrow -- I
will publish the final version at 5pm tonight, so do get any scratches or
queries to me before then.
Crews scratching from Bumps before 5pm tonight will get a half-refund.
