Uni IVs
Sadly the subject gave everything away. Uni IVs entries are now open (http://www.cucbc.org/regatta/enter <http://www.cucbc.org/regatta/enter>). Note that if you want to enter women’s straight 4s you need to send me a separate email. The deadline for entries is 16th October at 2345. On the 17th October, I will process the entires and produce a racing schedule. Therefore, before 17th October, I need from you:
	Payment of Account.
	Payment of Race Fees.

You can pay both of these via Bank Transfer, or you can send me a cheque (drop off at Porters' Lodge, Great Gate, Trinity College). Without payment, I’m fairly sure the automated draw system on the CUCBC website will just bin your entry.

In order to draw up a racing time table, I will need from you a set of availabilities for your crews. I will send out a doodle poll at some point in the near future for you to submit these. I will try and be as accommodating as possible when creating the schedule. If you don’t submit availabilities I will assume that your crews are free at all times. In the meantime, please try and keep your crews afternoons as free as possible.

EMM Rota
The Early Morning Marshal Rota has been updated on the website (http://www.cucbc.org/marshals <http://www.cucbc.org/marshals>). Process is the same as last year (for now at least), and there are further details online if you’re not sure of anything.
