Dear all,

If you have a proposal which you wish to submit to a vote at the next
Captains' meeting, feel free to email it to me by this Friday noon to get
feedback from the CUCBC Senior Committee (which is meeting on Friday
evening to discuss the logistics of this year's May Bumps).
