[CUCBC Captains] Dangerous behaviour by barge

Dear  All,

I have had a report that a large blue barge allegedly behaved dangerously
near Cantabs this evening, with incorrect signals and a dangerous manoeuvre
affecting at least one boat. Can you ask anyone who witnessed or was part
of this incident to email me with details, please?
