[CUCBC Captains] Bungs starts

Dear all,

Bungs starts are permitted in the 2 days preceding the Bumps (Monday and
Tuesday)

Please keep the start sequence brief so as not to create too much wash and
also please keep noise down if you are carrying them out in the morning. Do
not carry out any starts before 7:30am as the noise required for counting
and calling the start sequence will disturb local residents.
