[CUCBC Captains] Fwd: St Edmund's looking for a rower

Dear Captains,

There has been an alarming number of crews with no lights within 15 minutes
of lighting down spotted over the past few days.

There should be one WHITE light on the stern (or coxes back) and one WHITE
light on the bow (or bowman/bowwoman). This is required for safety, but
also for insurance reasons.

Safety offences (this would be a safety offence) are set at £50.
