[CUCBC Captains] Reminder of rules

Dear all,

Following a few complaints over the past few days, may I remind you all 
of the following rules. Please make sure all LBCs and morning marshals 
are properly briefed.
- No novice boats may push off before 7:30am:

- All novice boats must have a bank party. (rule 10-a)
- Boats CANNOT spin in front of the Cantab boathouse:

- Boats cannot be on the river with less than 8 rowers:
