Dear Captains please forward to all your female athletes

Potential Trialists,

This year CUWBC is looking to expand its Dev squad program. 

If you are interested in Dev Squad or need to know more. Tuesday 4th March 17:30 at Goldie Boat House a meeting to outline the plans for CUWBC Dev Squad 2015.

ALL WELCOME 

Some dates/events we will discuss

Wednesday 5th March there will be a 2k Ergo Test

This year we are looking to take Dev Squad crews to:
BUCS on the 2nd to the 4th of May, with a special interest in putting out a Novice 8+ for those who started this year.
Women’s Henley Regatta on the 20th to the 22nd of June.

We will also be running ergo technical sessions in the Easter term.

Dev Squad will run from the 23rd June till the 19th of July. 
During Dev squad we will attend.
Kingston Head on July 12th
Molesey Regatta on July 19th

This is a draft outline of how the schedule will look

Monday - Land Training
Tuesday Morning Water Session
Tuesday Afternoon Land Training
Wednesday Morning Water Session
Wednesday Afternoon Land Training
Thursday Morning Water Session
Thursday Afternoon Land Training
Friday Afternoon Land Training
Saturday Morning 2 sessions
Sunday Morning 2 sessions
