[CUCBC Captains] Boatman and Senior Treasurer bank passes

Dear all

Having quite a busy weekend I forgot to put the BM and ST bank passes into
each of the college envelopes before sealing them.

I apologise for this and if your boatman or senior treasurer wishes to have
their pass, they can pick them up at control desk any time during the week.
