[CUCBC Captains] Winter League River Closure

Dear all

The river closure on Sunday (16th Feb) has been updated after double
checking with the Winter League organisers.

The river should be open from 3:30pm tomorrow below Chesterton provided the
weather conditions improve.

Please respect the fact there is a race on before that and that it may run
late especially in bad conditions i.e. please ensue that the event has
finished before you boat.
