[CUCBC Captains] Evening hours and river restrictions this term

Dear all

I'm afraid that the captains meeting will have to be postponed 1 week as
some key people are unable to attend.

The provisional plan is to reschedule the meeting for the following
weekend, but this will be confirmed once I arrange a venue.
