Dear river users,

Please be aware of the following events affecting the River Cam navigation
this weekend:

Saturday 7th September

The Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival will be taking place along Long Reach,
between Fen Ditton and Chesterton, from 09.00 hr until 19.00 hr. 

Also, Cam Sailing Club will be holding races in the morning and afternoon at
Waterbeach. Navigators are asked to keep a good lookout and to take avoiding
action to prevent any collisions with any novice sailors.

Sunday 8th September

Cambridge '99 Rowing Club will be holding its Autumn Regatta from 08.30 hr
until 19.30 hr, also along Long Reach. For further information follow this

html Please observe the instructions of the marshals in attendance.
Non-competing river craft may pass between divisions when marshals indicate
that the fairway is clear.
