[CUCBC Captains] Failure to return annual safety declaration forms

Dear all,

The deadline for returning the 2013 safety declarations forms has now 
passed.

CORPUS and DOWNING: You have not provided an email contact for your 
safety officers on the CUCBC website. I expect this to be fixed by the 
weekend.

ADDENBROOKES, ARU, GIRTON and ROBINSON: You have failed to submit the 
2013 declaration, and therefore you are no longer permitted to boat, 
effective immediately. Doing so will incur a combination of fines and/or 
training bans.

This email is BCCed to the previously noted email contacts for safety 
officers of the four clubs noted above - if you are able to assist in 
sorting this matter, please do so. This year's declaration pro-forma is 
attached.
