[CUCBC Captains] Safety Declaration 2013 - final reminder

Dear All,

A final reminder that this year's safety declaration is due to be filled 
in and returned to me by the end of Wednesday. As luck would have it 
I'll not be able to get to emails between Wednesday morning and Thursday 
evening, so you've got a day's grace to sort yourselves out. There are 
still a handful of clubs yet to return a form.
