[CUCBC Captains] Nines Regatta on Sunday - Alteration of Timing

Dear all,

I'm very sorry but there has been a change to the timing of the Nines
Regatta from that which we were originally lead to expect. Divisions are
now planned starting between 1pm and 6pm on Sunday. I have hence adjusted
the closure from 13:00 to 18:30 and can only apologise for this belated
change.
