[CUCBC Captains] Ely Boathouse Project

Dear Captains,

You may (or may not) be aware, that the three University Boat Clubs
are in the process of planning and building a joint boathouse facility
in Ely, to replace their existing arrangements. The project is still
at the planning stage and we are waiting for a response from the
council's planning committee. We've been hearing some reports of
environmental lobbyists trying to involve college boat clubs by
approaching them on Twitter. I'd be grateful if you could tell your
members to avoid responding to any contact, and to let me know if
there are any instances. If your boat club is contacted by any members
of the media regarding this, please direct any enquiries to me.
