[CUCBC Captains] Loan of a tub for Catz Cardinals

[Women's Captain]

Dear Captains,

I was wondering if HCBC could borrow a tub to use in Catz Cardinals on
thursday? It would be manned by two W1 rowers with an experienced cox with
cake and alcohol available as a thank you.
