[CUCBC Captains] Delay expected

Dear all

We are currently expecting possible delays of up to half an hour due to
problems with the cannons .

Please boat on time as usual but bring extra clothing and expect an extra
wait.

There are likely to be no practice starts today.

We will send another email as soon as we have further information.
