Dear Captains

At the start of each year, all of your club information on the CUCBC
website needs to be updated. This includes all the contact details of your
committee members, but most importantly, your club's insurance information.

Under regulation 4.a (http://www.cucbc.org/handbook/safety), all clubs must
confirm that they have a valid insurance policy in place otherwise they
will not be permitted to boat at the start of term.

To change your information, simply log in to the CUCBC website using you
club captain's account. If you have any troubles logging in please contact
Dan, CUCBC Webmaster (dan at cucbc.org).

Any insurance/safety related queries should be sent to Mark Jacobs, CUCBC
Safety Advisor (mark at cucbc.org).
