[CUCBC Captains] 2012 Safety Declarations

Dear All,

With the deadline for return of the 2012 Safety Declaration forms 
approaching (the close of play of Wednesday 31 October, i.e. the end of 
Week 4), there are several forms outstanding.

Please ensure that your safety officers complete and return these forms 
to be before the deadline, else you will not be permitted to boat until 
such time as a form has been received.
