[CUCBC Captains] Uni IVs Schedule Change - Men's Finals - 2nd November

Dear Captains

Due to a significant number of scratches I've had to shuffle the smaller
divisions about earlier in the week to ensure people don't race more times
in the same day than their opponents.

The only other races affected have been W2 and M4- ones.

The major result of this is that the men's finals and semi-finals (m1 and
m2 divisions) are now starting about half an hour earlier at 2pm rather
than marshalling at 2:30pm. This gives us a lot more flexibility rather
than trying to run 3 sets of finals in a single day.

Again please check your race times carefully!
