[CUCBC Captains] Fishing match this weekend, Saturday 30 June 2012, River Cam

To all river users,

 

Please be advised that tomorrow, Saturday 30 June, Cambridge Fish
Preservation and Angling Society Ltd will be hosting a Junior/OAP/Ladies
fishing match on the River Cam between Baits Bite Lock and the A14 road
bridge, 09:30 hr to 13:30 hr.

 

Rowers are kindly requested to spin upstream of the A14 road bridge to avoid
disturbing the competitors during this match. Other navigators making
passage along these reaches are asked to keep a look-out for rods with
lines/poles and to keep speed and wash down to a minimum when passing
competitors.
