[CUCBC Captains] QUEENS ERGS 2011 - ENTRIES OPEN

Dear All,

The annual Queens' Ergs competition will be taking place on the 8th of
November this year.  It will run in the Fitzpatrick Hall in Queens' College.

Unfortunately we have a glitch on the web-site, but we are working hard to
get it up and running so that we can accept entries as soon as possible.  I
will email again when we have sorted it out.

The competition will follow the same format as last year.  It will be an 8 x
500m relay with a 20 second change over period.  There will be events for
novice M1, M2, W1, W2 crews as well as a Senior Mixed events consisting of 4
men and 4 women per team.  The entry fee will remain the same at £57 per
crew.  This includes entry, refreshments, and competitor t-shirts for the
entire crew.

Entries will close on Wednesday the 26th of October and the deadline for
payment will be Friday the 28th of October.

When entries open you will need to enter the following details for each
rower:

   - Name
   - Height
   - Weight
   - CRSID
   - T-shirt size
   - Crew order for the race (this enables us to give out individual times)

Good luck to everybody racing on the cam in the next couple of weeks, and I
