[CUCBC Captains] Club Safety Statements 2011

Dear All,

I've had a handful of the club safety statements back so far - please 
keep them coming in. I don't want to have to send chasing emails.

In response to a couple of queries, a scan of a signature is not 
required - an email originating from your safety officer is acceptable.
