[CUCBC Captains] Uni IVs Marshalling

Dear All,

I had hoped not to have to make this request, but as it stands I have
insufficient personnel to run the races this week in a safe or fair manner.

If your college has not already provided an umpire/marshal, then you are
required to source one from within the ranks, asap.

I will leave choice of slot open for now, but will restrict this as time
passes.

As it stands, I need a minimum of one extra marshal each day except for
Wednesday, when I require two. Note the minimum in that sentence.

At the end of the week, any college not having provided a marshal will be
fined.
